Price: $200
Includes:
Up to 6 hours of event coverage.
Minimum of 40 high-resolution edited photos.
Full Day Event Coverage
Price: $400
Includes:
Up to 12 hours of event coverage.
Minimum of 80 high-resolution edited photos.
2-Day Event Coverage
Price: $800
Includes:
Up to 2 full days of event coverage.
Minimum of 160 high-resolution edited photos.
All packages come with:
Digital delivery via online gallery
Full and exclusive commercial rights to photos
Maximum 48 hour turnaround time
Travel expenses are added on to the package price.
Travel and Accommodation Fees for Colorado locations:
Travel Fee: $0.50/mile from Colorado Springs, CO to primary shoot location
Accommodation Fee: $100/day for multi-day events more than 50 miles away.
Please inquire regarding locations outside of Colorado.
Additional Notes:
Booking Deposit: 50% of the total package price to secure the booking.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund of booking deposit if canceled at least 10 days in advance. 50% refund if canceled 3-9 days in advance. No refund if canceled within 3 days of the event.
Spectator ticket or crew/media pass must be provided if applicable.
